PASTOR MELVIN L. CLIFFORD has a BA in Psychology and Business from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Theology from the Apostolic Bible Institute in St. Paul, Minnesota. He is an ordained minister with the United Pentecostal Church International
and Regional Executive Presbyter of the South Central Region which includes Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana and OklahomaPastor Clifford has ministered in youth camps, conferences, and special services across America, in Canada, the Caribbean, and the Middle East. He is a student of the Word and his ministry reflects his great respect for the Bible. He and his wife, Peggy, have lived in Little Rock for thirty-eight years. They have one son, Mark.
PEGGY CLIFFORD received a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business from the University of Arkansas. She is experienced in music ministry, prison ministry, and women's and children's ministries. She is presently the President of Section III Ladies Ministries for the Arkansas District, UPCI.
MARK CLIFFORD is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and a minor in Psychology. He is actively involved in Christian Life Center's music program, playing the drums, electric guitar and bass. He is working on a Masters degree at the University of Central Arkansas.
